At Welton we pride ourselves on supporting and developing positive mental health and wellbeing. Children and adults at our school know that it is 'OK not to feel OK' and we provide nurture and wellbeing sessions at times of need. Wellbeing Wednesdays have become a regular event in our school calendar, focusing on a range of wellbeing themes based on the acronym CLANGERS - Connect, Learn, be Active, notice, Give back, Eat well, Relax, Sleep (Thanks to Dr Phil Hammond for this - visit his website here for more information!)
We also wish to support parents at home so please make contact with the school if you have any worries about your child at home. We know that we are stronger when we work together.
